Hourly Rate
Rates vary by trade — from £22/hr for labourers to £120/hr for specialist engineers. A fixed call-out charge per trade (e.g. £80 for a plumber) covers the first 30 minutes, then the hourly rate applies in 30-min increments. You approve before payment.
Quotation
For larger jobs. Your tradesperson sends an itemised fixed quote through the app — you approve it before any work begins. Same advertised rates, no surprises.
All prices include 20% VAT. Pay through GoTradie and add 10% for Money-Back Guarantee protection — or pay the tradesperson directly. Tradespeople pay a flat £9.50 lead fee on acceptance (50% launch offer until 1 January 2027). Rates vary by trade.
How Payments Work
